If you are unemployed or have an income that makes it difficult to pay for medical care, we have a program that may help you.

Depending on your family's size and income, the charge to you for services could be reduced. This is a confidential service provided by the North Woods Community Health Centers. This reduced fee program is available through a grant program supported by your federal tax dollars.

Benefits:
Depending on your income and family size, we decide how much you and your family will pay at the clinics.

There are four benefit levels:

• Free
• $10 copay
• $20 copay
• $30 copay

New Sliding Fee Programs:
Free for all sliding fee scale families no matter what level.

• Free Mental Health Services at participating mental health centers
• Free dental program (based on dental appointment availability)
