North Woods Community Health Centers have several family practice healthcare providers available to serve you in Hayward and Minong. We provide medical care for patients of any age or income level. If you feel you may need assistance with your medical bills, ask about our Sliding Fee Scale Program.

Besides providing high quality hands-on medical care, we are committed to preventing illness by giving patients information they can use to stay healthy.
