Physician Assistant

North Woods Community Health Center has an opportunity for a Physician Assistant to provide services at our two family practice clinics in Northwest Wisconsin. No call is required.

At our facility, you will have direct patient care responsibilities including interpretation of lab and other diagnostic test data, ordering appropriate treatments, medications and diagnostic studies and providing patient education on a fairly independent basis.

We are looking for a practitioner with at least 1 year of experience who is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and who enjoys a fast-paced environment and diverse patient base.

Hayward, Wisconsin is located approximately 150 miles northeast of the Twin Cities. We are noted for our scenic forests and lakes which attract thousands of visitors throughout the year. They engage in outdoor activities such as swimming, bicycling, cross country skiing, hiking, fishing and hunting.
